Overview: According to numerous requests from users are pleased to present the next program in the series “Be strong.”
The app is similar to the training program and 100 push-ups will help you in training on the uneven bars.
Application rules: before you start training, do the test. The test is to determine the maximum number of push-ups at a time you can do. Now, on the basis of test results, select a program and start training. Press the button after each set to trigger the timer for rest (rest recommended time or change in accordance with their feelings). Observe mode of rest and proper nutrition.
Example: in the test you did 43 push-ups. Choose from the list of program 41-45 times. Do not forget to rest 2 days after the test for recovery.
What’s New
- The whole range of apps updated in accordance with the standards of Google Play Material Design
- A sidebar for all needed functions - setup reminders, rules, cloud service, complete removal statistics, changing the language
- Warm up before training. With animation exercises.
- In rules added animation exercises.
- Added setting in the cloud “remember me”, which when activated the backup data to the server occurs automatically after each workout
